Hiking

February 12, 2018 By Dr, Brown

While the days are getting longer and lighter which is great, but it’s still cold outside. I went on an 8 mile hike this weekend with Pandora my dog and there was quite a bit of snow/ice patches on the trails. plus it was very (28 degrees) cold! As I was walking along the Upper Dungeness trail and across the snow/ice patches it occurs to me to remind everyone to be very careful when walking across snow/ice patches. Assume it’s all ice. Falling and hurting yourself when you are 4 miles in makes for a long and uncomfortable hike out, no one wants that. If you have had a slip and fall recently please give me a call lets get you fixed up so you can get back out on those trails. Have a great week!  360-474-7531
